We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts. Our focus is on building brand awareness, driving growth, and scaling revenue through strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, collaborations, and online portals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This individual will lead the marketing team—recruiting, training, and managing talent for his team—and take ownership of our digital presence across channels. The CMO will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and growing revenue through innovative strategies tailored to our market and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Lead, hire, train, and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Oversee digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and online portals.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and sales strategies.
  • Manage the content strategy, including website updates, social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
  • Identify and execute partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase visibility.
  • Develop KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the leadership team.
  • Research trends and implement the latest tools and strategies to keep ahead of competitors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and customer acquisition goals.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C markets, ideally within SaaS, ERP, e-commerce or IT service industries.
  • Expertise in PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and ad platforms.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns across various channels.
  • Familiarity with SaaS models, ERP solutions, and IT product marketing.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and reports to stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth marketing.
  • High adaptability to manage multiple projects and industries.
  • Experience in partnerships and collaboration with influencers or agencies is a plus.
