As we expand our reach, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic interns to join our Sales and Marketing team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and proactive Sales and Marketing Interns to help us expand our market presence and acquire new clients through online platforms and marketplaces. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, digital marketing, and business development, particularly in the IT and ERP sectors. Interns will work closely with our experienced team and receive mentorship and guidance throughout the internship period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B marketplaces.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and client databases.
- Support the sales team in client follow-ups and closing deals.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our ERP services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms and company blogs.
- Optimize web content and marketing materials with basic SEO best practices.
- Business Development:
- Help identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Participate in drafting proposals, contracts, and business development strategies.
- Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging and informative content for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to the development of case studies, white papers, and other promotional content.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Technical Pre-Sales (Optional):
- Support the pre-sales team in preparing technical documentation and proposals.
- Learn about ERP systems and participate in client meetings to understand technical requirements.
- Assist in creating product demos and presentations.
- Project Management (Optional):
- Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Help with documentation, meeting minutes, and communication with team members and clients.
- Learn and use project management tools to support project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and IT services is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive/Doc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
