Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Ariyes platform (the “Service”) and is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to protect recipients, our infrastructure, our sending reputation, and the third-party providers we rely on. If you violate this AUP, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your access, with or without notice depending on severity.
Because Ariyes sends email, SMS, and messaging on your behalf, you are responsible for every message you send and for the consent behind it.
1. Consent and permission
You may only send communications to recipients who have given you the required legal consent to be contacted through that channel. You must:
- Maintain records of consent and be able to demonstrate it on request.
- Honor opt-out, unsubscribe, and STOP requests promptly, and never send to a contact who has opted out or been suppressed.
- Clearly identify yourself as the sender and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism in marketing email.
- Comply with all applicable laws and channel rules, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, carrier messaging rules, and the WhatsApp Business and Messaging policies.
Purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise non-consented contact lists are prohibited.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, store, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or that incites violence.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
- Infringes intellectual-property rights or misappropriates trade secrets.
- Promotes fraud, phishing, deceptive schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or impersonates any person or organization.
- Contains malware, or links intended to compromise systems or data.
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others, or exposes sensitive personal data without authorization.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages with false, misleading, or forged headers, sender names, or routing information.
- Evade unsubscribe or suppression mechanisms, or split sends across accounts to bypass limits or reputation controls.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, overload infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants’ data.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our consent.
4. Restricted and high-risk categories
Certain categories carry elevated deliverability, legal, or provider risk (for example, high-volume cold outreach, regulated financial, health, or adult content, and certain messaging use cases). We may require additional verification, apply stricter limits, or decline to support these use cases to protect our platform and providers.
5. Deliverability and volume
We monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, and abuse signals. We may pause or throttle sending, require list hygiene, or suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or bounces, or that threaten the sending reputation shared across the platform.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Depending on severity, we may remove content, throttle or suspend sending, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or violations of this AUP to [email protected]. We take reports seriously and act on them.
