Ariyes started as a fix for our own frustration: too many tools, too many bills, and none of them talking to each other. So we built the one platform we wanted to use.
Why we built Ariyes
For years, running marketing, sales, and support meant renting a different tool for every job, one for campaigns, another for cold email, a third for support tickets, a fourth to pull it all into one inbox. Four logins, four invoices, and a full-time job just keeping the data in sync.
Worse, most of those tools are built to sell you the next tier. The feature you need is always one plan up. The price climbs as you grow, not because you use more, but because you're locked into a pricing ladder someone designed to squeeze you.
Ariyes is the answer to that. One platform for everything a team sends, answers, and closes, campaigns, sequences, SMS and WhatsApp, a shared inbox, help desk, CRM, and file storage. One contact list underneath all of it. One price per seat, with every module included. No walls, no upsell traps.
We know it works because we run our own businesses on it before anyone else does. Ariyes is dogfooded daily on real marketing, real support queues, and real deliverability, the kind of pressure that exposes shortcuts fast. If a feature can't survive that, it doesn't ship.
What we stand for
Every module, every plan. You should pay for scale, seats and volume - never for permission to use a feature. We will never gate a module behind a higher tier.
Deliverability is not optional. A campaign that lands in spam is worthless. Authenticated domains, dual providers, real reputation management, and automatic safeguards are core to the product, not an add-on.
Design is respect. Operators deserve software that's fast, clear, and pleasant to use - not enterprise sludge. We sweat the details because you live in this tool all day.
Your data stays yours. We don't sell data or run ad trackers. Primary infrastructure is EU-hosted, sign-in is passwordless, and tenants are isolated from one another by design.
Build for many brands. Plenty of teams run more than one brand. Ariyes was multi-tenant from the first line of code, so one team can run every brand it owns from a single workspace.
Who we are
Ariyes is operated by Ariyes Lda, an independent company based in Lisbon, Portugal. We're deliberately lean and product-led: no sales army, no investor pressure to inflate a roadmap - just a focused team shipping a platform we use ourselves. The ariyes.net domain has been in the founder's hands since 2007; the product is what we always wanted to put behind it.
Our first users are the founder's own marketing, travel, and services businesses. That's on purpose. Selling you software we wouldn't run our own operations on would be dishonest, so we run ours on it first.
The roadmap
Ariyes is a Business Operating System, and we're building it module by module. Marketing, sales, support, communications, and file storage are here today. More - deeper CRM, team collaboration, and productivity tools - are on the way. The promise stays the same: when a new module ships, it lands on every plan, at no extra charge.
