Ariyes Sequences runs multi-step outreach cadences across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Each step has its own channel and delay and can branch - skipping or stopping based on whether the previous message was opened, clicked, or replied to. Enrollment pauses automatically the moment a contact replies, bounces halt progression, and sending is throttled per mailbox with rotation across a mailbox pool - so cadences stay effective without burning your domain.
What you can do
Multi-step cadences.
Drag-and-drop steps with per-step delays. Steps stay editable even after a sequence is active - an edit creates a new version, and contacts already mid-sequence stay on the version they started on, so live enrollments are never disrupted.
More than email.
Every step picks its own channel - email (with a template), WhatsApp (approved template or freeform), or SMS.
Conditions and branching.
Each step can react to the previous one: skip it, or stop the enrollment, when the prior message was opened, clicked, or replied to - combined with AND/OR logic. Steps can also branch, skipping ahead to a later step instead of continuing in order.
Enroll one or many.
Add contacts manually or bulk-enroll from a contact list. Enrollment is idempotent, so re-runs don't double-send.
Replies pause it, automatically and atomically.
When a contact replies, their enrollment pauses immediately. Out-of-office and auto-reply headers are detected so a vacation responder doesn't falsely stop a cadence.
Bounces are handled.
A failed or bounced step halts further progression for that contact instead of hammering a dead address.
Reputation-aware sending.
Per-mailbox daily caps and minimum send intervals, a configurable sender domain per sequence, round-robin rotation across a mailbox pool, and optional sticky mailbox binding per enrollment.
Full control.
Pause and resume individual enrollments (with a reason) or an entire sequence, and archive sequences while in-flight enrollments finish gracefully.
