The Usage area (under Settings → Usage) shows what your workspace has consumed against its monthly limits.
Your plan sets limits such as the monthly message/inbound volume included. Checking Usage lets you see how much headroom you have before you approach a limit, so you can upgrade seats or your plan ahead of a busy period rather than being caught short. Limits reset on your monthly billing cycle.
