Webhooks let you send help desk events to your own external systems for custom integrations — for example, notifying a Slack channel or syncing tickets to another tool. Configure them under the help desk's Webhooks area.

Add an external receiver URL, verify the signature on your end, and handle the events you care about. Because deliveries are retried, build your receiver to be idempotent so a retried event isn't processed twice.
