It's built on the same contact database the rest of the platform uses, so a person your team emails or supports is the same record your deals reference — no re-importing, no drift.
CRM is an add-on capability, so it's available on plans where it's enabled. If you don't see the CRM app, check the pricing page or ask your workspace owner about your plan. The rest of this section assumes CRM is enabled for your workspace.
