CRM overview

The CRM turns Ariyes into a place where sales lives beside your marketing and support, rather than in a separate, disconnected tool. It's built on the same contact database the rest of the platform uses, so a person your team emails or supports is the same record your deals reference — no re-importing, no drift.

What's inside

  • Companies — the organizations you sell to, with their own fields and owner.
  • Deals — individual opportunities, each with an amount, priority, owner, and pipeline stage.
  • Pipelines and stages — one or more sales processes, shown as a Kanban board.
  • Activities and notes — the running history of each deal.
  • Custom fields — extra structured data on companies and deals.
  • Import — bring existing deals in from CSV.
  • Email logging — optionally fold campaign and sequence emails into a deal's timeline.

Availability

CRM is an add-on capability, so it's available on plans where it's enabled. If you don't see the CRM app, check the pricing page or ask your workspace owner about your plan. The rest of this section assumes CRM is enabled for your workspace.
