Add colleagues to your workspace so they can collaborate on campaigns, conversations, and support.
Roles determine what each member can see and do across the modules. A good rule of thumb is least privilege: give someone the minimum access they need for their job, and expand it later as their responsibilities grow. You're responsible for the access you grant your team, and you can change a member's role or remove them at any time.
Having access to the Help Desk module is not the same as being able to see a specific help desk's tickets. Agents must be added to each help desk individually under its Members area. See the Help Desk section for details.
