Deal activities and notes

Every deal keeps a running record so anyone picking it up can see what's happened.

  • Activities — a timeline of what's occurred on the deal.
  • Notes — free-text notes you add, stamped with the author and time.

Open a deal's full record to read its history, add a note, or review activity. Because this history lives on the deal itself, context isn't trapped in one person's inbox — the whole team can pick up where things left off. To also pull marketing emails into this timeline, see Log emails to deals.
