Mailboxes let sequences (and other flows) send from a real inbox you control, which is ideal for one-to-one style outreach.
Add a mailbox
- Go to Settings → Mailboxes and add a mailbox.
- Connect via Google (OAuth) or SMTP.
- For SMTP, enter a label, host, port, and credentials. Ariyes verifies the connection live when you save, so you'll know immediately if a setting is wrong.
- For Google, authorize access through Google's sign-in.
- Optionally add IMAP details for inbound polling. If you leave IMAP empty, the mailbox is send-only.
How mailboxes are used
Connected mailboxes feed your sequences, which rotate across a pool and respect per-mailbox limits (see the Sequences section). Adding IMAP lets a mailbox also receive replies for reply detection.
