Drive overview

Drive is file storage built into Ariyes, so the documents your team works with live in the same place as your contacts, deals, and tickets — under the same login and permissions, not a separate app you have to bolt on.

What you can do

• Organize files in nested folders, with recent and starred views to find things fast.
• Share files and folders with teammates by role, or with anyone via a link.
• Create secure links with a password, expiry, and download limit.
• Collect files from outsiders with file requests.
• Recover deleted items from trash within a retention window.
• Attach files directly to deals, companies, contacts, and tickets.

Availability

Like the CRM, Drive is an add-on capability available on plans where it's enabled, and storage scales with your team. If you don't see the Drive app, check the pricing page or ask your workspace owner. The rest of this section assumes Drive is enabled.
