Once a sequence is active, add contacts to it.

Ways to enroll

• Bulk-enroll from a list — enroll everyone on a contact list in one action, ideal for kicking off outreach to a segment.
• Programmatically via the API — enroll individual contacts from your own systems when you need automation.

Safe by design

Enrollment is idempotent: enrolling the same contact again won't create a duplicate or double-send. Suppressed contacts are respected, so opted-out people aren't enrolled into sends. This means you can safely re-run an enrollment or point it at an overlapping list without worrying about hammering someone.
