After signing in you land in the launcher — the home screen that links to every app in your workspace: Campaigns, Sequences, Broadcasts, Contacts, Inbox, Help Desk, CRM, and Drive.
Open any app to work in it. Your session follows you across the whole platform, so you stay signed in as you move between apps — there's no separate login per module.
If you belong to more than one workspace (for example, an agency managing several brands), your active workspace is shown in the interface and you can switch between them. Everything you see — contacts, campaigns, tickets — is scoped to the workspace you're currently in.
Use the theme toggle at the top of the screen to switch between light and dark mode. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can also set a default under Settings → Profile.
