Bounces, complaints, and auto-pause

High bounce or complaint rates damage your reputation and can get a domain blocked. Ariyes watches these for you and steps in before it's too late.

Where to look

Go to Settings → Deliverability to see your 24-hour stats: Sent, Delivered, Bounced (with bounce rate), and Complained (with complaint rate).

What auto-pause does

If your bounce or complaint rate crosses the safe threshold, Ariyes auto-pauses (suspends) sending for the workspace to protect you. The Deliverability page then shows a suspended status.

Recovering

  1. Review the stats to understand what happened (often a stale or unverified list).
  2. Fix the underlying issue — clean the list, verify addresses, remove the segment that bounced.
  3. Once the rates recover, an owner can unpause to resume sending.

Prevention

Keeping lists clean and verifying emails on import are the best ways to avoid ever hitting auto-pause.
