Importing is the fastest way to fill your database, and Ariyes does the tedious parts for you.
Before you import
Export a CSV from your current tool. Make sure you have permission to contact everyone on it — Ariyes checks your suppression list before every send, but consent is your responsibility.
Steps
- Go to Contacts → Import and upload your CSV.
- Map your columns to Ariyes fields (email, name, phone, and any custom fields). Ariyes detects headers to speed this up.
- Review the validation summary — invalid rows are flagged, and duplicates are detected on email (and phone where available), so you don't create the same person twice.
- Optionally enable email verification to screen out bad addresses before they hurt your deliverability (see Verify emails on import).
- Confirm to import.
Tips
- Clean, clearly-named column headers make mapping faster.
- Split very large files if you want to review a sample first.
- Deduplication means you can safely re-import an updated file without creating duplicate people.
