Broadcasts overview

A broadcast is a one-time SMS or WhatsApp message sent to a list of contacts. Messaging is powered by Twilio and the WhatsApp Business platform, and broadcasts use the same contacts and suppression rules as the rest of Ariyes — so opted-out people are never messaged.

What to expect

Creating a broadcast is a quick four-step wizard (Basics → Audience → Content → Review), and each broadcast tracks its delivery once it goes out.

Before your first broadcast

• Set your workspace's postal address under Settings → Compliance — it's required for message footers, and marketing sends are blocked without it.
• Connect a sending number under Settings → WhatsApp (see Set up WhatsApp).
