Templates keep your campaigns consistent and save you rebuilding the same email each time. Manage them under Campaigns → Templates.
Create a template in the editor and design your email once. Use variables to personalize each send with contact data — for example inserting a first name — so every recipient sees their own details from a single template.
When you build a campaign, you pick a template at the Content step. Update a template any time and it's ready to reuse across future campaigns. Keeping a small set of well-made templates makes sending faster and keeps your brand consistent.
