Campaigns are one-off email sends to a chosen audience — announcements, newsletters, promotions. Each campaign sends from a verified domain through your email provider (Mailgun or SendGrid), and Ariyes tracks the results in real time: delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, and complained.
A campaign moves through clear states as you work with it: draft → scheduled → sending → sent. It can also be paused, end in failed, or be archived once you're done. Knowing which state a campaign is in tells you exactly what's happening and what you can do next.
Before your first campaign, make sure you have a verified sending domain (Settings → Domains), a postal address set (Settings → Compliance — marketing sends are blocked without one), and a list of contacts to send to.
