'Quick start: send your first campaign'

This walkthrough takes you from an empty workspace to a tracked email send. Set aside about 15 minutes (most of which is waiting for DNS to verify).

Before you start

You'll need access to your domain's DNS settings and a CSV of contacts you have permission to email.

Steps

1. Add a sending domain. In Settings → Domains, add your domain and add the three DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), then Verify. This is what makes your email land in the inbox rather than spam. DNS can take up to ~10 minutes to propagate.
2. Set your postal address. In Settings → Compliance, add your postal address — marketing sends are blocked until this is set (it's a legal requirement in email footers).
3. Import contacts. In Contacts → Import, upload your CSV and map the columns. Ariyes validates and de-duplicates as it imports.
4. Build a list. Group the contacts you want to email into a list.
5. Create a campaign. In Campaigns, run the four-step wizard: name it and set the From details, choose your list, pick a template, and review.
6. Send or schedule. Send now, or schedule a timezone-aware send time, then confirm.
7. Read the results. Watch delivery, opens, clicks, replies, and bounces update in real time.
