Ariyes gives you a sensible pipeline out of the box and lets you shape it to your process.
The first time you use the CRM, a default "Sales" pipeline is created automatically with six stages:
Each stage has a kind (open / won / lost), a win probability, a color, and a position in the order.
You can edit the stages — rename them, change probabilities and colors, reorder them, or add and remove stages — to match how your team actually sells. You can also create additional pipelines for different sales motions, and optionally copy the stages from an existing pipeline as a starting point. Set which pipeline is the default.
To archive a pipeline, first make sure it has no open deals — Ariyes will block the archive and tell you how many open deals remain, so move or close them first. This prevents deals from being lost when a pipeline is retired.
