Sales and marketing usually work from separate copies of the truth. Ariyes can bridge them: with email logging enabled, the campaign and sequence emails sent to a deal's contacts are merged into that deal's activity timeline.
This is an opt-in setting you turn on in your CRM settings. Once on, a rep looking at a deal can see the outreach that's already reached the contact, so follow-ups are informed rather than duplicated. Because it's optional, you can leave it off if you'd rather keep marketing and sales activity separate.
