After a broadcast sends, open it to see its delivery progress — how many messages were sent and their delivery states.
Combined with your contacts and suppression list, this keeps your messaging accountable and helps you spot issues early — for example a problem with a specific number or a template that isn't delivering. If delivery looks off, check that your sending number is connected correctly and, for WhatsApp, that you used an approved template where the 24-hour window required one.
